About the Position

A federally qualified healthcare system is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages . Recognized by NCQA as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), our organization delivers team-based care that emphasizes quality, collaboration, and continuity. Providers work alongside an experienced, multidisciplinary care team in a supportive and values-driven environment.

Practice Overview

• Join a collaborative provider group of 15 clinicians across two locations, with a third location opening within the next year
• Average 18-20 patients per day
• Mission-driven organization with a strong focus on community health

Schedule & Call

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• One late evening shift per week, 11:00AM-8:00 PM
• Saturday clinic (9:00 AM-2:00 PM) required once every 2-3 months
• Hours worked on Saturday are deducted from the work week
• Minimal phone call-Taken the week with Saturday coverage

Compensation

• Strong salary based on experience
