Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, You Will Coordinate service work for existing customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Client Services, Production, and Engineering teams to align service priorities Maintain accurate customer data and service records in software systems Take ownership of client issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication Develop and maintain service procedures, policies, and standards Assist with outbound service sales activities, including list building, outreach, and meeting scheduling Qualifications & Requirements Values: Value all people and have a desire to be a Servant Leader Attitude: Embrace our culture and our SERVICE values Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience preferred Experience: Previous experience in client services, operations, or service coordination, with exposure to or involvement in vehicle maintenance and repair activities Performance: Able and willing to provide world‑class service to all stakeholders Talents & Abilities Demonstrated strong communication, organization, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite common business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Asana or similar) Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 20+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday Comfortable standing, bending, and moving in a fast‑paced environment Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace Work Environment Office/Manufacturing environment Salary & Benefits 80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service Medical insurance – 100% employer contribution, participating plans $10K Life insurance – 100% employer contribution Dental/Vision – employee contribution 401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match Weekly payday, every Friday Quarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wages We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
