We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Line Cook to join our team, specializing in fast food and casual dining. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and efficiently working within small to medium-sized kitchen teams. This role requires operation of standard stoves and ovens in shifts that may be fixed or rotating.

 

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assemble orders accurately and promptly for service
• Conduct quality control checks on food preparation and presentation
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant cooking

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety handling protocols
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent food quality
