Access Community Clinical Trials (ACCT) is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator II or III to join our growing research team in Abilene, Texas. Level will be determined based on experience and demonstrated competencies.

The ideal candidate can independently manage clinical trials while maintaining a strong focus on participant safety, quality data, regulatory compliance, and enrollment performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate clinical trials from start-up through closeout
• Conduct protocol-required study visits and maintain accurate source documentation
• Recruit, screen, enroll, and retain study participants
• Conduct and document informed consent discussions
• Perform vital signs, EKGs, venipuncture, and laboratory specimen processing/shipping
• Enter study data into EDC systems and resolve queries within required timelines
• Identify, document, and report AEs/SAEs appropriately
• Maintain investigational product accountability and temperature monitoring
• Coordinate monitoring visits and sponsor/CRO communications
• Maintain study records in an audit-ready state
• Ensure compliance with protocols, FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, sponsor requirements, and ACCT SOPs

Qualifications

CRC II

• Minimum 2 years of clinical research coordination experience
• Ability to independently manage assigned clinical trials
• Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and human subject protections
• Experience with EDC, CTMS, eSource, and electronic research systems
• Strong clinical, organizational, and documentation skills

CRC III

• Advanced experience independently managing multiple clinical trials
• Strong recruitment and enrollment experience
• Experience mentoring or training research staff
• Experience with sponsor monitoring visits, audits, feasibility assessments, and site qualification activities
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and study management skills

CCRC, CCRP, or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
