Job Opportunity: Civilian Hematologist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civilian Hematologist to join our team at a military medical facility located at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV. This position is offered as a 1099 Independent Contractor and is a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert hematology and oncology care to patients.
- Collaborate with active-duty military personnel and healthcare teams.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Education: Completion of an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Internship, Residency, and Fellowship in Hematology and Oncology.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Board Certification: Must hold and maintain active board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in Hematology and Oncology.
- Licensure: Must possess a current, full, active, and unrestricted medical license to practice in Nevada.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a board-certified Hematologist/Oncologist is required.
This position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with some on-call responsibilities.
