Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as a School Psychologist in Minnesota (or eligibility)
• Experience conducting assessments, evaluations, and counseling in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, MTSS/RTI frameworks, and special education regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability to work with various grade levels
• Openness to in-person or hybrid work models
• Flexibility regarding assignment (part-time and full-time interest encouraged)

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in IEP meetings and developing intervention strategies
• Providing individual and group counseling as needed
• Supporting crisis intervention and behavioral planning
• Ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines
