What We Need The Total Traffic & Weather Network (TTWN) Affiliate Services Representative supports scheduled inventory operations for stations, including affiliate profiles, affidavit compliance, missed spots, ensuring affiliate profile changes are completed by deadline, and handling internal and external station data when stations transition to an automated traffic import system. This role works closely with TTWN Management, Operations, Sales, and IT Support to ensure commercial spots air correctly and station changes are executed accurately. This is a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment where flexibility and strong attention to detail are essential for success. What You’ll Do Support day‑to‑day departmental operations Serve as a point of contact for DOC Entry, Missed Spots, and Station Compliance questions Proactively identify issues related to traffic logs, station setup, and feed times, and elevate as appropriate Support customer service responses through team inboxes Ensure all DOCs are entered accurately and by scheduling deadlines Ensure affidavits are submitted within 10 business days after airing Assist with setting up affiliates transitioning to an automated traffic import system Monitor and help resolve discrepancies related to IA accounts and IA site What You’ll Need Strong attention to detail and high work standards Demonstrated data entry skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and professionalism High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree preferred What You’ll Bring Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return Accountability for own work and desire to provide guidance to new team members Ability to contribute to several projects at the same time under a moderate level of direction Application of objective judgement, technical skills and prior experience to solve business problems Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a knack for explaining complex information in a straightforward manner Desire for continued knowledge sharing and learning Understanding of impact of own decisions Location San Antonio, TX: 20880 Stone Oak Parkway, 78258 Position Type Regular Time Type Full time Pay Type Hourly Benefits Employer sponsored medical, dental and vision with a variety of coverage options Company provided and supplemental life insurance Paid vacation and sick time Paid company holidays A Spirit day to encourage and allow our employees to more easily volunteer in their community A 401K plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost – services include telephonic counseling sessions, consultation on legal and financial matters, emotional well‑being, family and caregiving A range of additional voluntary programs, such as spending accounts, student loan refinancing, accident insurance and more!
