Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive planning, direction, and supervision of all testing tasks through the formulation of detailed test plans and approaches.
• Design and development of test specifications and test data.
• Assessment and integration of test results, along with comprehensive reporting.
• Ensuring appropriate testing activities by mastering various test types and levels.
• Improving testing processes and encouraging test automation.
• Assistance in establishing and enhancing test teams.

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Test Manager.
• Strong expertise in the banking and insurance industries.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software development processes, along with experience in database technologies and configuration management.
• Strong familiarity with agile models such as SCRUM or Kanban.
• ISTQB Advanced-Level certification.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
