What You’ll Do: As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of daily operations, ensuring smooth service, operational excellence, and a guest‑first mindset across both the front and back of house. Requirements Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+ Strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house day‑to‑day restaurant operations Strong knowledge of back‑of‑house operations, including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front‑of‑house guest experience Availability to work 10‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays ServSafe Certification Allergy Certication #J-18808-Ljbffr Burtons Grill & Bar
