Description The Container & Product Flow Analyst plays a key role in optimizing the movement of merchandise across our warehouse network. This position is responsible for analyzing inbound and inter-facility product flow, developing data‑driven plans, and delivering actionable insights that support operational efficiency and inventory balance. This role partners closely with all supply chain cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate planning, proactive issue identification, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik) with a practical, solutions‑oriented mindset. Responsibilities Validate Advance Shipment Notifications (ASNs) and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies impacting receiving and inventory accuracy. Developandmanagedailyreceivingplansforcontainersandtrailersacrosswarehouselocations,consideringproductmix,laborcapacity,dockavailability,andbusinesspriorities. Analyze inventory assortment and stock levels by location and recommend balancing transfers to optimize inventory positioning across the network. Monitor inbound shipment flow and identify potential bottlenecks related to receiving, storage, labor, or product movement. Proactively communicate operational risks, delays, and capacity concerns along with actionable recommendations and contingency plans. Partner cross‑functionally with warehouse operations, transportation, inventory control, planning, and merchandising teams to improve overall product flow efficiency. UtilizeExcel,Qlik,andotherreportingtoolstoanalyzeoperationalperformanceandprovidedata-driveninsights. Assistwithadhocreporting,analysis,andspecialprojectsasassigned.
