Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $3190 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry background required; must be able to read telemetry.

Required Credentials: Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.

5 days maximum time off
