Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals. Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery. Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department. Assist in the orientation and training of new staff. Manage time efficiently to prioritize patient care tasks. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Wisconsin with MedSurg experience. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team. Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training. Proven skills in patient education and health management. Experience with electronic health records and documentation. Effective communication skills with patients and families. Strong commitment to safety and infection control protocols. Ability to monitor and document vital signs accurately. Strong time management skills to prioritize patient care tasks.
