Lead Preschool Teacher

We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our incredible team! This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s passionate about early childhood education and wants to be part of a supportive, creative, and hands-on learning environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a classroom of 4 and 5 year-old children with warmth, patience, and joy.
• Creating engaging weekly lesson plans and fun, developmentally appropriate circle times, art and science projects.
• Using Teaching Strategies to observe and assess children and their development. 
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Supporting each child's growth and learning through play, routine, and positive guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

• A fun, caring, and reliable educator who’s excited to make a difference.
• Strong communication skills and a great work ethic.
• Someone who enjoys a balance of structure and creativity.
• Minimum Level 3 on Colorado Shines PDIS is required , or able to receive in 3 months. 
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus, but not required.
• At least one year of experience working in a childcare setting is required. 
• Experience leading a childcare classroom is strongly preferred. 
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Schedule:

• Full-time, year-round position
• Four 10-hour days (Saturdays and Sundays off with an additional day off during the week.)
• Open hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
