Cabinet Assembler Needed ASAP – 1st & 2nd Shift!

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:30am–3:00pm (Up to 10 hrs OT/week; occasional Sat 6am–11am)
• 2nd Shift (as needed): Mon–Thu 3pm–1:30am (OT Fridays)

We are seeking skilled Cabinet Assemblers with hands‑on woodworking experience to join a high‑retention team where many employees have stayed 20–30 years . You’ll build high‑quality wood products, operate woodworking machinery, and assemble custom cabinetry with precision and pride.

• Woodworking machine operation — Use power saws, jointers, planers, shapers, and other shop equipment to cut and shape wood components.
• Precision trimming — Trim joints and component parts for a snug, accurate fit.
• Drilling & boring — Bore holes for screws, dowels, and structural fasteners.
• Cabinet assembly — Glue, fit, clamp, and assemble parts into complete units.
• Fastening — Drive nails, screws, and other fasteners to reinforce joints.
• Surface prep — Sand and scrape surfaces for finishing.
• Hardware installation — Install hinges, pulls, slides, and other hardware components.
• Blueprint interpretation — Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and build sheets accurately.

• Teamwork mindset — Work closely with 1–2 teammates on each build.
• Pride in craftsmanship — Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Blueprint & schematic reading
• Tape measure proficiency — Must pass tape measure test.
• 1 year of mechanical assembly experience — Cabinetry, fixtures, or wood product assembly required.
• Hands‑on woodworking experience — Cutting, shaping, building, or finishing wood products.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Hope, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
