Most sales roles hand you a script, a quota, and a product you have to convince people they need. This one is different. Every lead we send you has already waited weeks to talk to us. They called us. They want what we do. Your job is not to close them. It is to understand them well enough to find the right solution and help them see what is possible.

If that sounds more like consulting than selling, you are starting to get it.

What we do

We help families grow in place, opening walls, expanding homes, and solving the structural problems most contractors will not touch.

We are a residential construction company in Marietta with a niche so specific that our leads come pre-qualified. We are currently booked out a month just to give quotes. That is not a sales problem. That is a capacity problem, and it is why we are growing the team carefully.

We have been slow to hire because culture fit matters more to us than close rate. Our consultants are seasoned, but what we actually hired them for is how they treat people, how they show up, and how they communicate. We will take a great human with no construction experience over a top closer who cuts corners with customers every single time.

Compensation

• Jobs up to $50,00010% commission
• Jobs $50,001 to $100,0009% commission
• Jobs over $100,0008% commission

Most of our projects land above $100,000. A consultant closing a modest book of business in this role can realistically earn well into six figures. We are not going to give you an inflated number to get you in the door. We would rather you see what the pipeline looks like and do the math yourself.

What we are looking for

• Someone who leads with questions, not pitches
• Comfortable in someone's home, talking through a six-figure decision
• Reliable, communicative, and accountable to the team and the client
• Lives our values every day, not just when someone is watching
• Able to travel throughout the Greater Atlanta area for in-home appointments
• Construction experience is a plus, not a requirement

If you are looking for a high-pressure sales floor with a leaderboard on the wall, this is not it.
