Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain trusting and relaxing relationships with clients through effective communication and empathy.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health issues, develop personalized treatment plans, and adapt these plans as the client's needs evolve.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to foster emotional healing and personal growth.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, providing feedback and modifying treatment strategies as needed to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients about mental health disorders and equip them with practical strategies to manage their symptoms effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you'll work with a diverse client population from various backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. You will specifically focus on family dynamics, addressing issues that arise within relationships and promoting healthy communication between family members.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license to practice in Texas is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards in client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Certification or experience in addiction therapy, with a thorough understanding of evidence-based treatments for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
