Role Description The Banking Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, OK. A key client-facing role, and an integral member of our team, the Banking Specialist plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and personalized banking experience. Key Responsibilities Client Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about banking products and services Transaction Processing: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire transfers, and other financial transactions Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of Watermark's full range of products and services Account Management: Open, close, and maintain client accounts while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and attention to detail Relationship Support: Collaborate with relationship managers and treasury officers to support client needs and deliver a consistently high level of service Qualifications Minimum of one year of banking experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
