Telecommunications Technician 3Location: Texas (Remote) Duration: Long Term Exp: 10+Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.Years - Required/Preferred - Experience8 - Required - Performing day-to-day administration, maintenance, standards/policies and operational features/functions of digital fax system, including management and monitoring of associated service and support contracts, service level agreements, and performance metrics.8 - Required - Overseeing data collection, development of usage, trend, and cost analysis reports for individual, departmental, and agency use.8 - Required - Analyzing data and making key decisions on the architecture of digital fax systems including deployments, change management, disaster recovery, performance optimization, incident support, training, automation and systems availability.8 - Required - Developing and implementing strategic and tactical plan across IT administrators and resource owners. Working closely with external vendors and professional services groups, as needed to resolve issues, upgrade, optimize or implement solutions.
