Description You will be the Industrial Engineer Sr for the MFC Enterprise Industrial Engineering team. Our team is responsible for applying advanced analytical skills and Industrial Engineering concepts to support Production Operations Management. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining simulation and analytical models for production operations. Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Support capacity planning and forecasting for S&GS production lines. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate model insights. Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior leadership. The position requires a U.S. Citizen and a secret security clearance. Work Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.) Demonstrated ability to work with and present to multiple levels of management Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems Experience working with Simio Simulation Modeling Experience in performing foundational Industrial Engineering analysis at varying levels (Span Analysis, Capacity Analysis, Cost Evaluations, etc.) Ability to obtain a secret security clearance Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
