Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a seasoned and dedicated Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and supportive team. Compensation Package Salary Range : $75,000 - $85,000 (up to $90,000 for exceptional candidates) Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a middle-market book of business with $500k+ in revenue. Provide end-to-end service for accounts, including quoting new and renewal business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes (experience with EPIC is a plus but not required). Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a middle-market book of business, preferably with contractors and construction accounts. Proven ability to handle a $500k-$600k revenue book of business. Strong tenure and a track record of success in similar roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach. Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus but not mandatory.
