Regional Business Manager, Southern California

Seer

Seer seeks a Regional Business Manager for Southern California to develop and execute commercial strategy in a defined territory. The role focuses on direct sales to pharma and biotech customers while establishing the company's proteomics technology as a market leader.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory and account-based sales plans to meet company targets
Deliver technology presentations to customers at seminars and meetings
Consult with customers on proteomics applications and value proposition
Manage complex sales processes and maintain CRM system
Drive prospecting and new lead development to expand customer base and markets

Requirements

5+ years life science capital equipment and consumables sales experience
Deep knowledge of biomarker discovery and life science markets
Life science degree required
MBA or similar business degree preferred
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Highly adaptable and independent professional
Based in agreed-upon Southern California city within territory
