Job Description

Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager or Assistant Manager and upon physician referral, the therapist assesses patient needs, develops patient treatment goals, and plans and implements the appropriate treatment program utilizing a variety of professional occupational therapy procedures. Demonstrates behavior practices that reflect the philosophy and mission of our sponsors, Providence Health and Services, our founders, the Dominican Sisters, and Providence Mount Carmel Hospital's Standards of Conduct.

Required Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
