Aesthetic and Reconstructive Therapy in Austin, TX is looking for a talented and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-focused environment where your skills and expertise will make a real difference in people's lives every day. Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of medical-grade aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facials
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Administer laser treatments, microneedling, and other advanced skincare procedures
- Educate patients on proper skincare regimens, post-treatment care, and product recommendations
- Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment progress
- Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and compliance in all treatment areas
- Valid Texas Aesthetician or Master Aesthetician license required
- Experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetics setting preferred
- Proficiency in advanced skincare treatments, laser therapy, and chemical peels
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and cosmetic dermatology
- Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a medical team environment
