Job Description

The Process Technician supports the manufacturing of high-quality products in a cleanroom environment. This role follows standard operating procedures with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. Responsibilities include operating equipment, completing work orders, and maintaining a continuous production flow. Attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment, including:
  • Calibrating equipment
  • Completing daily startup checks before operation
  • Performing minor repairs
  • Troubleshooting equipment programs and hardware
  • Identifying root causes of process failures
• Program new automated equipment
• Modify existing programs, recipes, and configuration files
• Back up system programs

Qualifications & Requirements

• Vocational certification or Associate’s degree required

Required Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in assembly processes and equipment
• Basic computer skills for reporting daily activities
• Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, hammers, socket sets, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years as an Equipment Technician in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with soldering, microscopes, electro-mechanical tools, and measurement devices
• Familiarity with programming languages or automated machinery
