Qualifications:

Must Have:

• 2-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Professional level of oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of lead process and ability to actively engage with all leads.
• Excellent phone personality with strong articulation skills and the ability to connect effectively with senior guests.
• Outstanding attendance and punctuality.
• Competitive nature with a passion for uncovering new booking opportunities.
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong computer skills and effective time management.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Nice to Have:

• Call center experience.
• Travel industry experience.
