Role Description This full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role is based in Trujillo Alto and supports the financial operations of Clean Ventures’ commercial laundry services. The Bookkeeper will record daily financial transactions, maintain accurate ledgers, and prepare basic financial reports for management review. Responsibilities include posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, tracking payables and receivables, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also involves working with accounting software, maintaining organized financial records, and collaborating with operations and management teams to ensure timely, accurate financial information. Qualifications Strong bookkeeping skills, including accurate recording of daily transactions and maintenance of general ledgers. Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements to support management decisions. Proficiency with accounting software and basic finance concepts relevant to small and mid-sized businesses. Experience creating and posting journal entries in accordance with standard accounting practices. Attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance; experience in service or operations-focused businesses is a plus.
