Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patients for responses and adverse effects
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and progress in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or a compact license recognized in Washington
• BLS certification required
• Previous experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working night shift in an acute care or Med/Surg environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills in a fast-paced setting
