Position Overview: Insurance Producer at Nate Atkins' State Farm Agency

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 Per Year

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
• Market appropriate products and services to maximize value.
• Work with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
• Foster long-lasting customer relationships with your team.

Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
• Excellent Communication Skills - Written, Verbal, and Auditory
• Self-Motivated and dedicated to customer service
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to effectively relate to and anticipate customer needs

• I have been a State Farm agent since 1998.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
• I am a proud graduate of University of Iowa.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
