Responsibilities:

• Lead installation projects for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior installers to enhance team performance and skill development.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate installation plans.
• Install and test heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and gather feedback.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• Valid EPA certification.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
