Location/Type: Plano, TX Full-Time Onsite
Pay: $52,000$62,000 annually
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
You'll help ensure teams have the supplies and vendor support they need without delays, shortages, or unnecessary costs.
What You'll Do
- Source suppliers and evaluate vendor performance.
- Process purchase orders and procurement documents.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
- Monitor inventory and purchasing needs.
- Track orders and resolve supply issues.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports.
- Partner with finance on budget planning.
Must-Haves
- Associate degree or related supply chain education.
- 3+ years in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
