About the Role

The Company is seeking dedicated individuals to join its Board of Directors. Responsibilities include providing oversight to fulfill the organization's mission effectively and ethically, reviewing and approving financial decisions, assisting in fundraising efforts, and serving as ambassadors for the organization. The role also involves strategic planning, monitoring and evaluating programs, and ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
