You are patient, helpful, and friendly to clients.Job OverviewRetail sales representatives are responsible for working with both retail clients and industry professionals to promote the Bedrosians product line and gain business. You must uphold our high standards of customer service and demonstrate professionalism at all times. You are responsible for educating clients on our products and providing appropriate suggestions and solutions. You are responsible for communicating all company and manufacturer recommendations and warnings for product application and installation. You are responsible for communicating with your clients during every aspect of the sale to ensure their satisfaction.DutiesGreet and assist clients with selections and follow-through on their ordersPromote the Bedrosians product lineGain knowledge of all current and new product linesDevelop relationships with industry professionals to increase businessEnter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up proceduresMaintain a neat and organized workspaceAssist with conducting inventory countsMaintain showroom and sample department organization and presentationPrepare and deliver bank deposits if requiredReview on order report dailyMeet monthly sales quotasMultitask and prioritize work through effective time managementWork cooperatively in team environmentParticipate in weekly branch meetingsWrite thank-you notes to clientsUpsell clients when possibleFocus on increasing sales to meet branch sales planWork within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals and directives.Any other duties required of the positionPlease note: in some of our smaller locations, there may be a crossover of duties among Warehouse Associate, Customer Service, and/or retail Sales Representative positions.
