Scheduling Specialist

Southern Indiana ENT is seeking a Surgical Scheduling Specialist to oversee surgical scheduling coordination, pre-certification, and patient support for ENT services. The role emphasizes prioritization, emotional intelligence, and exceptional customer service. The position remains Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM at our Columbus, IN practice and reports to the Practice Administrator. You will work with providers and insurance processes to facilitate authorizations and patient communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr
