Position Overview Eagle Air Freight is seeking a dependable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our trucking operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented, medium- to fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities throughout the day. The successful candidate will be punctual, reliable, organized, and able to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and on time. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to assist other team members are essential. Responsibilities Provide professional and responsive customer service by phone and email Respond to customer questions and provide shipment updates Support dispatchers with daily trucking and delivery operations Enter, review, and maintain shipment and customer information Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting-related responsibilities Communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal departments Help resolve shipment, scheduling, billing, and service-related issues Accounting/billing/posting payments Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation Prioritize assignments and meet operational deadlines Assist coworkers and other departments as business needs require Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned Qualifications Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to work effectively in a medium- to fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and reliable Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable using computers, email, and standard office software Willingness to learn and remain flexible as responsibilities change Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Previous customer service, transportation, logistics, dispatch, billing, or administrative experience is preferred but not required What We’re Looking For We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic and a great attitude.
