Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies and financial products to provide accurate information. Adhere to industry regulations and maintain confidentiality during all customer interactions. Requirements Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the finance or banking sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
