We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water Filter Installation Technician to join our team in Stoughton, MA. As a Water Filter Installation Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy clean and safe drinking water. Responsibilities- Install and maintain various types of water filtration systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and recommend appropriate water filtration solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns during and after installation.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing water filtration systems.
- Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to water filtration.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in plumbing or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in installation or maintenance of water filtration systems preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
