Job Description:
If you want to make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER) in Cheyenne, WY this position might be what you are looking for! Responsibilities:
- Quickly assess and prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition to determine the urgency of care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions for a variety of emergency conditions, including trauma, cardiac arrest, and respiratory distress.
- Continuously monitor vital signs and clinical status, and provide life-saving interventions as needed.
- Work closely with physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plan.
- Accurately document patient care, assessments, treatments, and any changes in the patient's condition in the medical record.
- WY Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred, TNCC preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in acute care, critical care, or medical-surgical settings
- Pay: $2,168.19 - $2,235.25 / week
- Location: Cheyenne, WY
- Assignment Length: 13
- Shift: Night 3x12 - up to 36.00 hours per week
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility - SNF
- Workplace: On-site
