As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager , you will manage commercial client accounts, review renewals, and help businesses maintain the right insurance coverage as their needs change. You'll work closely with clients, carrier underwriters, and the agency team while receiving hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. As your knowledge and experience grow, you'll have opportunities to take on broader responsibilities and continue building your insurance career.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client proposals and renewal reviews
• Manage day-to-day client accounts
• Complete excess lines and ACORD applications
• Support clients throughout the claims process
• Build relationships with carrier underwriters
• Manage certificates and provide risk management guidance

Requirements

• Active insurance license required
• 3 years of previous experience as an account manager
• Experience assessing commercial insurance risks
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with CRM, AMS, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Takes pride in producing quality work
