As a CNC Manufacturing Technician, you will play a vital role in our production floor by transforming raw materials into high-precision components. Responsibilities Execute CNC machine operations to produce parts that strictly adhere to engineering specifications and production schedules. Interpret complex blueprints and technical documentation to ensure accurate setup and execution of production runs. Manage tool offsets and perform minor program adjustments to optimize machine performance and output quality. Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators. Prepare components for downstream processes, including deburring, cleaning, and finishing tasks. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and coolant systems to minimize downtime and maintain operational excellence. Support secondary production tasks, including the use of manual drill presses and band saws, to meet team throughput goals. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization to foster a productive and secure environment. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. 3-6 months of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics. Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments like calipers and micrometers. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Preferred Skills Foundational knowledge of G&M code programming.
