Service Receptionist

Pay: Starting at $17.00 and up depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the go-to person for customers and coworkers alike, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or via telephone.
• Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately.
• Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person.
• Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.
• Other duties as assigned.
