Day to day, that looks like:Meeting customers face-to-face to understand their equipment needs and deliver tailored solutionsProactively managing accounts and building long-term relationships that drive loyaltyLogging calls, meetings, and notes in our CRM to stay organized and ahead of every opportunityOvercoming objections, closing deals, and maintaining Rexco's market visibilityRepresenting Rexco at trade shows and industry eventsStaying sharp on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledgeNo two days are the same - and that's exactly how our team likes it.What You'll EarnWe believe in rewarding performance. Typical outside sales compensation at Rexco averages $120K, with top performers earning $400K+.
