Compensation: $80,000–$115,000 base salary + commission (first-year OTE $150,000+)

Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will oversee business development and sales across the territory, focusing on independent automotive dealerships. This is a high‑impact role responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and partnering with clients to implement best‑in‑class technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on independent dealerships.
• Generate leads, conduct prospecting outreach, and manage opportunities through to close.
• Present and demonstrate software solutions that solve compliance and operational challenges.
• Build lasting relationships with executive‑level decision makers.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and performance tracking within CRM systems.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals aligned with company growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS, software, or automotive technology sales, selling directly to dealerships.
• Strong ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage a full sales cycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with remote collaboration tools.
• Background in automotive dealership sales or DMV‑related software solutions.
• Understanding of Title & Registration technology.
