Randstad USA has partnered with a leading construction contractor in Las Vegas to find an experienced Project Management Administrator. In this key support role, you will serve as the administrative hub for active project teams-managing submittals, tracking change orders, and maintaining project documentation in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $28.84 - $35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Project Documentation & Logs: Set up and maintain digital and physical project files, RFI logs, submittal logs, and current drawing/specification revisions to ensure teams operate from active documents.
• Change Order Management: Assist Project Managers with assembling, tracking, and logging change order requests, proposals, pricing backups (labor, materials, sub-tier costs), and approvals.
• Subcontracts & Purchase Orders: Coordinate vendor paperwork, generate purchase orders, track subcontract documentation, and maintain organized records of project commitments.
• Spreadsheet & Deadline Tracking: Build and maintain custom MS Excel spreadsheets to track multi-project deadlines, action items, meeting follow-ups, and project correspondence.
• Billing & Accounting Support: Partner with Accounting and PM teams to collect backup documentation for progress billings, track billing schedules, and resolve project cost or invoice discrepancies.
• Project Startup & Day-to-Day Operations: Provide administrative support across the project lifecycle-assisting with initial job setup, distributing approved submittals, and preparing meeting materials.
