We are actively seeking a driven and professional Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who excel in f ace to face environments and are motivated by building relationships, managing client accounts, and delivering measurable results .

As a Sales Account Manager, you will represent our clients’ products and services directly to customers, focusing on telecommunications solutions including phone, TV, and internet services. This position plays a key role in both customer acquisition and long-term account management.

Compensation

• Annual average income: $50,000–$60,000
• Additional earning potential through performance-based bonuses
• Paid weekly

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Consistent weekly schedule, may include weekends based on client campaigns

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts through face to face interactions
• Present and explain telecommunications products and services in a clear, professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to support repeat business and referrals
• Execute sales presentations in retail locations, events, or assigned territories
• Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain organized account records
• Monitor individual performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support overall office performance
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus
• Professional demeanor with a focus on customer experience
