We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Commercial Tire Industry. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, developing strategic business relationships, and delivering tailored tire solutions to commercial clients. Your energetic approach and technical sales expertise will help you identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and close high-value deals. Responsibilities
- Cultivate new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to prospective commercial clients.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service, technical support, and customized tire solutions.
- Lead negotiations and close sales deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads within the commercial tire sector.
- Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, and tailored proposals that meet client needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to stay ahead in enterprise selling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the commercial tire or related industrial sectors, with a strong emphasis on technical sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer accounts, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and closing high-value deals.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar sales management tools for tracking activities and managing client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills with the ability to effectively present complex solutions.
- Strong business development acumen combined with marketing insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis of market data and customer needs to craft compelling sales strategies.
- Experience in enterprise selling within a corporate sales environment is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results in a competitive setting.
