SEC Analyst

This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, working collaboratively across finance, legal, and audit teams to ensure accurate and timely regulatory filings and disclosures under SEC regulations. Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr This is a Banking position. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and support the filing of SEC reports, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules. Monitor regulatory developments and updates in SEC filings to maintain compliance. Collaborate with accounting, legal, investor relations, and external auditors to gather, verify, and coordinate disclosure information. Analyze financial data for accuracy and consistency, addressing any anomalies prior to public release. Assist in documenting and maintaining internal controls and procedures related to SEC reporting. Support ad‑hoc regulatory or internal audit requests and respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) — required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in SEC reporting, financial disclosure, or similar regulatory compliance, preferably within financial services. Strong understanding of SEC filing requirements, U.S. GAAP, and financial reporting standards. Proficiency with financial reporting systems and MS Office (especially Excel). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. High attention to detail and capability to meet strict deadlines. Familiarity with internal control frameworks and audit processes is a plus. SEC 10k & 10Q experience.
