Job Overview A law firm seeks a Construction Associate with over three years of experience in construction law for its office in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will possess strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills, along with courtroom experience. Responsibilities Manage construction-related litigation and arbitration cases. Prepare construction industry contracts for various stakeholders. Conduct motion practice and depositions. Provide legal advice and representation in construction claims. Requirements Minimum three years of construction law experience. Licensed to practice law in Arizona. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic. Education Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Licensed attorney in Arizona. Skills Excellent research and writing abilities. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Experience in litigation and arbitration. Benefits Health insurance with optional HSA/FSA.
