Location 400 E Business Way, Suite 325,Cincinnati, OH, 45241,United States Base Pay $19.00 - $22.00 / Hour Employee Type Non-Exempt On-Demand Background Checking Specialist This role supports member organizations by completing background research, verifying information, and ensuring accurate, timely results that help drive hiring decisions. This role requires exceptional flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders. Because this is an on-demand role, your workload will shift based on active member assignments, providing flexibility and adaptability throughout the day. Responsibilities Conduct background research and verification using online tools and internal systems such as Google and Copilot Manage multiple cases at once while maintaining accuracy and turnaround times Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts Navigate and work efficiently across multiple platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Teams, and other platforms Provide high-quality customer service to members requiring frequent communication Apply feedback and coaching to continuously improve performance Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned work Collaborate with team members while working independently to meet deadlines Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service mindset with strong professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and multiple systems Strong research and problem-solving skills Fast and accurate typing skills Highly coachable with a positive, flexible attitude Work Environment & Expectations On-demand workload based on member needs and assignment volume Ability to manage shifting priorities and adjust workflow in real time Independent work with regular team collaboration Success Profile Adaptable and flexible Detail-oriented and quality-focused Proactive and dependableOpen to feedback and continuous learning If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly—this role is for you. #J-18808-Ljbffr MRA-The Management Association Inc
