Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with ICU specialization to provide expert patient care in critical care settings. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex cases and supporting patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions routinely and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs with precision.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations to stabilize patients.

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Registered Nurse with ICU certification.
• Proven experience working in an intensive care unit environment.
• Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols.
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
