Senior Commercial Lender

Babich & Associates is representing an established Dallas-area bank seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lender to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven commercial lending professional who excels at new business development, relationship management, credit structuring, and portfolio management . Key Responsibilities Source and develop a portfolio of primarily Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending relationships, including owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied real estate. Develop new business and build long-term relationships with commercial clients and prospects. Manage and monitor the credit quality and integrity of the sourced loan portfolio. Structure and evaluate commercial credit opportunities while providing sound credit guidance. Adhere to the Bank’s credit policies, procedures, guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate lending products and solutions. Qualifications Proven track record as a top-performing Commercial Lender . Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience , including new business development, deal structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management. Demonstrated success working with traditional CRE borrowers and developing new commercial lending relationships. Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and assess creditworthiness. Experience soliciting new business, advising prospects and clients on lending products, structuring transactions, and preparing detailed credit proposals.
